Sony offers a new level of functionality for users with a need for high-quality durable and most important portable recording and playback devices. Sony MZ-R30 portable minidisk recorder is equipped with a sampling rate converter and a jog dial for easy editing and song selection. Vertically oriented the jog dial allows one finger operation for selecting song and disk title characters as well as track editing operations such as move etc. In play and play pause mode you can use the dial to see the song names pushing the button causes that song to play. The R30 has 3-level bass boost. Digital synchro recording starts recording when the signal arrives goes into pause mode when it stops.
